Step one: Sign up and create your account
Your journey begins with a simple sign up. Enter your email and create a password. That is all it takes to open your private digital space.
Once you have your account you will see your Crux dashboard where all your future folders, memories, and personal messages will live. Everything inside your Crux space is encrypted and remains private for your entire lifetime.
Step two: Add your Nominees
Adding your nominees is the most important step. Without a nominee your legacy cannot be delivered. Crux needs to know who should receive your documents, photos, notes, and memories when the time comes.
What happens when you add a nominee:
• A dedicated folder is automatically created for them;
• You can start uploading anything you want them to receive;
• You can share the same file with multiple nominees;
• You can remove or change nominees at any moment;
• Your nominees cannot view anything while you are alive.
Your subscription plan determines how many nominees you can add. Even with the free plan you can begin immediately. The Life Plan gives you more flexibility to choose multiple nominees and manage your legacy more deeply.
Step three: Upload your first document or memory
You can now add your first piece of legacy. Crux accepts almost anything:

You can upload the file directly from your device into the nominee’s folder or into your personal “My Docs” space. You can also share the same file with more than one nominee.
